Blended by a leading light of the UK BBQ scene, the House Rub has been created for use with any food that you’re barbecuing, but it works particularly well with pork, poultry, seafood and vegetables.
Evenly sprinkle the rub over the food up to an hour before cooking to allow time for the flavours to work their magic. Ingredients: Sugar, Sea Salt, Spices and/or Herbs (Black Pepper, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Chipotle Chilli, Basil, Thyme, Savory, Oregano, Rosemary, Tarragon).
